We strive to ensure your experience with us is smooth, transparent, and hassle-free. Please review our shipping policies below to know what to expect before placing an order.

Shipping for Coffee

All orders of $75 or more ship free via economy.

Coffee orders under $75 will be charged a flat rate of $8.

Shipping for Plants

All orders of $75 or more ship free via economy.

Plant orders under $75 will be charged a flat rate of $12 for shipping. 

We do our best to ensure that your plants arrive safe and sound, the unique nature of shipping live plants requires careful packaging and delivery logistics. For this reason, you will not be able to choose your delivery method. 

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary by product type and your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout based on your shipping address.

Please note: Once your order has shipped, we are unable to control delivery times, as they are determined by the carrier. You will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. If any delays occur, we’ll notify you immediately.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship live plants to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico due to agricultural restrictions.

Weather and Plant Safety

For plant orders, we carefully package and insulate shipments to protect them from temperature extremes. However, we recommend unboxing your plants immediately upon arrival and following care instructions to help them thrive. To ensure the health of your plants, we reserve the right to delay shipping on plants in extreme weather conditions. 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Items

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@repotted.shop with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with you to make it right.
