Shipping policy

We strive to ensure your experience with us is as smooth and pleasing as our coffee. Please review our fulfillment policies below to know what to expect.

Order Processing Times

On-hand products are generally shipped within 24 hours or up to the following Friday. 

 

Our roasting window closes on Monday and is fulfilled on Friday. Wholesale, special requests or some orders placed after Monday may be subject to a one-week turnaround.

Shipping Coffee

All orders of $30 or more ship free. Most orders are received within 3-5 days. 

Shipping times vary by product type and your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout based on your shipping address.

Please note: Once your order has shipped, we are unable to control delivery times, as they are determined by the carrier. You will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.

 

Local Options

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within Trumbull County. The option should be available after entering your address at checkout.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup options throughout Trumbull County, such as the Howland Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings. See availability at checkout. 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Items

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at frerinds@getrepotted.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with you to make it right.
