Repotted Return & Refund Policy

We’re a small, family shop that puts care into every plant, coffee bean, and package we send. We want you to love your order—but we also know that sometimes things don't go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds with fairness and transparency. 

 

🪴 For Plants

Since plants are living things, we don’t accept returns; however, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.

If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or not as described:
• Email or chat with us within 48 hours of delivery at support@repotted.shop
• Include photos of the plant and packaging
• We’ll review and make it right—whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or refund

🌱 Note: Minor cosmetic imperfections or normal transplant shock (like a few yellowing leaves) aren’t considered damage.

**We also cannot guarantee any plants shipped in temperatures below 50 degrees if you have not added thermal protection.**


☕ For Coffee & Perishable Goods

We do not accept returns on:
• Coffee
• Perishable items
• Final sale or clearance items

We can offer a refund or replacement for:
• Items that arrive damaged or incorrect
• Non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery
